Below, you find resources on Health Technology Assessment (HTA) methods explored and developed in the project, including an Early HTA for evaluating the value and cost-effectiveness of AI-based tools. These materials are designed to assist healthcare managers, policymakers, clinicians, and other stakeholders in making informed decisions about integrating AI technologies into clinical practice.

D6.1, September 2021: Health technology assessment framework for AI-Mind: This deliverable presents the development of a detailed Health Technology Assessment (HTA) framework for evaluating the AI-Mind solution. Based on the EUnetHTA HTA Core Model, the framework has been adapted for AI-based health technologies, defining key indicators and assessment topics. It serves as a foundation for decision-making on the use of AI-supported health technologies across Europe and represents, to our knowledge, the first HTA framework specifically designed for AI in healthcare.

D6.2, August 2022: Decision analytical model for early assessment: This deliverable provides an early assessment of the potential health outcomes and cost-effectiveness of the AI-Mind Connector and Predictor. The analysis involves constructing a decision analytical model to compare current clinical practices with a scenario in which the AI-Mind tools are implemented, helping to evaluate their impact at an early stage of development.
